Nowadays the LED Maritim illumination technique by its very small construction form is often used for decorative elements but is also universally applied as LED Maritim illumination units for the lighting in all public areas on cruise ships, river cruise ships and yachts.
LED Maritim finds varied and complex application possibilities in many segments of the ship construction, from new building projects up to refit concepts, either in LED Maritim indoor or LED Maritim outdoor area. What is bluleu specialized in?
bluleu is a specialized technology company and stands for creativity, development and progress in the scope of application of LED light. As one of only a few suppliers in Germany, bluleu in the main develops and produces LED lights and project-related plug & play systems with high protection classes from IP44 up to IP69K. The new luxury cruise liners and yachts are equipped with plug-in LED complete systems of bluleu which are installed for special subjects. The LED lights and controls of bluleu, among others serve as illumination of outlines at the stern, at platform gates, in rail elements, at steps, outdoor furniture as well as in pool- and spa areas on the outer deck. Flexible and fully cast LED line systems, LED spots and panel lights with high protection classes are included in the range of products. We produce LED standard lamps as well as lamps made to measure according to your requirements. For the interior, bluleu Design GmbH in Hanover supplies individual LED lighting systems for extraordinary interior designs, also see www.bluleu-design.de. Apart from the special ship building, bluleu produces LED luminaires for customers from other markets, i.e. facades and object building, urban development, busses and trams, mechanical engineering, pool and spa areas and much more, also see www.bluleu.de. Special luminaires with high protection in IP69k for special vehicle cleaning by high pressure cleaners or car wash, underwater lights for pools and fountain business in IP68 are already standard applications due to special casting techniques. About us
bluleu was founded in 2003 as a sole proprietorship by Mr. Frank Blume who still directs and guides the young company with his expertise and industry experience. At that time the company’s founder has recognized the need for innovative lighting concepts and set his company at the development, planning and production of high quality products and solutions in the field of LED technology. The company is based in Pattensen-Schulenburg, south of Hanover.
The company has specialized in the manufacture of individual LED lights with highest protection classes from IP44 up to IP69k and the matching controls. The projects’ supporting consulting- and installation activities additionally top the service package off. Thereby, the core competence of the company includes the strong orientation towards the LED solutions on the maritime sector.
bluleu has now for years been worldwide famous for being a solutions supplier for the cruise ship and yacht market. The company for this purpose develops special products and customized pre-assembled solutions which are mounted on board the ships by the own mounting engineers. bluleu is not only manufacturer and solutions provider for maritime LED lighting but also designer and supplier for the lighting of special-purpose vehicles, mechanical engineering, facades and for many other solutions regarding LED technique. The products of bluleu have meanwhile become standardized solutions with high protection classes in IP44, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68, IP69, IP69k and are useable for a variety of applications. There are also special application-specific and technically challenging developments which partly are developed in cooperation with other companies or institutes and universities. The specifications therefore are extremely broad and cover either light quality, color and design or saltwater- and chemical resistance, corrosion- and water protection as well as further special requirements. By diversity and flexibility, the company gains a leading position for these special applications. Resource efficiency, environmental protection, innovation and development are integral components of our corporate and product strategy, which in future will determine bluleu as standard for lighting systems.
